Epidaure
The “Epidaure” rouge is a very pleasant red wine with notes of wild berries, spices and roasting. A rich wine thanks to the ripeness of the vintage. Full-bodied on the palate, with the same aromas as on the nose: blackberry, exotic wood and aerated coffee. The woodiness is well controlled and blends well with the fruit.

Château Calissanne
A terroir wine par excellence, the “Château Calissanne” cuvée reveals the aromas of the Mediterranean: garrigue, red forest fruits for the red, southern fruits for the white and a very Mediterranean blend for the rosé. Typicity and indulgence come together !

Château Calissanne
Cocorico Collection
The Château Calissanne Cocorico collection is also available in rosé, with the “Château Calissanne” cuvée adorned with a limited-edition label.
Graced with a beautiful pink grapefruit colour, this rosé cuvée is a blend of 50% grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. It is distinguished by its freshness and succulent notes of fresh fruit, with a powerful nose of citrus fruit (kumquat) and red fruit.
This rosé goes perfectly with dishes made with Château Calissanne’s Cocorico olive oils, such as a tomato-mozzarella salad, carpaccio or fish à la plancha.
