The fine-dining Calissanne rosé that will replace light reds on your table!
Dégustation
2017 – A translucent raspberry robe, notes of red berry fruits (instant raspberry, redcurrant, and wild strawberry when uncorked) and a dense style on the palate, freshened at the finish by delightful redcurrant and citrus flavours.
Informations
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when optimally ripe, then crushed and vatted for a few hours’ maceration, as is customary for a “bled” rosé. Once the juice has been clarified by racking, alcoholic fermentation is conducted at controlled temperature (16-18°C) for a fortnight. To retain greater freshness, malolactic fermentation is not performed.
Conseils Mets & Vins
A gastronomic rosé that will advantageously replace a light red wine. It will wow guests when served with exotic meals, but also with tasty meat dishes: lamb shank or Provençal daube (stew).
