2017 – This cuvée serves up scents of white-fleshed fruits underlaid by citrus (lemon), yet the dominant attribute is floral, which makes it a very enticing proposition! The same is true on the palate: a mouth-watering wine with a lemony freshness.

Vinification
The crop is chilled to 12°C when it reaches the winery, prior to traditional vinification at 16°C.
